We want you to be delighted with Satchel Learning. If you are unhappy, within 14 days of your enrolment, we will refund the fees you have paid (registration fee and class fees). Obviously we would also like the opportunity to put things right, so we would first also like to have a conversation with you to see if we can help. Fees are due at the beginning of each calendar month, in advance, by standing order. If you wish to leave Satchel, please let us know by the 21st of the month and your child can finish at the end of that month with nothing further to pay. We prepare and print each child’s work for the month ahead during the final week of the month, so where notice is given after the 21st, the following month’s fee is due and your child is welcome to attend for that month. Work prepared or printed in advance (for example over the summer holidays) remains payable.
